Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

Deliveries are made via Canada Post and PostNL. Each order is automatically insured for CA$100. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your package tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery or shipping delays. All delivery times indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or any event beyond our control. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

For international orders: Aurélie Aubry is not responsible for any VAT/duties/taxes/customs fees that may be incurred. All customers outside of Canada are responsible for any taxes and/or customs fees that may be imposed by their government. These VAT/Duties/Taxes/Customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of their order.

Order pickup is possible (1) during a sales event such as a convention (2) or by appointment on the Island of Montreal (QC, Canada).
